How can i fix my hip?
Im a very fast runner and one day I ran at the Penn relays for 4x4 boys and when i started running my hip POPPED! I gave the batton to the next runner and then i left the track area limping and my hip popped loudly. Now its been months after and the doctor says their are no broken, misplaced, fractured bones. Then what seems to be the problem? I cant figure it out and the chiropracters have tried but im not fixed.
You should have gotten it checked right away in the emergency room. But it could possibly be something with the joints there cartilage. Or it may be possible you have snapping hip syndrome, check with your doctor about that. But get your doctor to do an x-ray on it to make sure and possibly a MRI if it's something with your nerves that have been damaged.
