Is there a place where I can live in the US that will provide good Scuba Diving, Surfing, Snowboarding, etc?

Is there a place where I can live in the US that will provide GOOD Scuba Diving, Surfing, Snowboarding, Camping, and Mountain biking within a 50-75 mile radius? It would be great if the place wasn't crazy expensive either.

Florida, Hawaii, California are about the three choices that come to mind quickly.
