Fins Set
getting a charlie horse from using fins?
lately i have been practicing with the boys' swim team after school.
i'll do the warm up, stretch like a mad woman and do the pre-set just fine.
however, when wer do a kick set with fins, i get huge charlie horses in BOTH feet. to the point where i seriously can't kick anymore...
i eat fruits and vegetables every meal. bananas, esp.
but i still get huge cramps in my feet.
the fins are my size, and they are the longer ones.
any suggestions?
dont worry its normal i get those al the time try wearing socks with them that what my coach told me then it just went away it happens to me when i havent used them for a couple days and then i start right into a big set if it happens really bad just stop and massage your feet or get out and walk around it normally works with me good luck! 
I know that a lot of you think this game doesn't have much of a story. To be honest, I felt the same way for a long time. The story always seemed to be there just under the surface, but it just wasn't being revealed. The thing that sort of prevents the story from being cohesive is how long it takes to move from one part of the quest to another. Between level requirements and finding elusive items, it can take quite some time, so when you move on to the second part of your quest, you've already forgotten what the NPC told you when you started the quest.
But, after reviewing the data, talking to many NPCs around the world, but particularly in Victoria, and checking back on quests, I've been able to piece together the storyline to a decent extent. There's a good bit of story in Leafre and 4th job, so unfortunately that bit is just gonna have to wait until later. Magatia is another unavailable area that plays a big part in Ossyria's backstory. Still, there's some things, mostly surrounding the Guild Quest, that can be nailed down. I've written it up into an easily readable form (instead of trying to interpret the 20 or so quests involved). Keep in mind this isn't everything I know; it's only the first portion. Continue checking this first post for updates to the story as I find them and/or type them up.

AS of now the highest level equips you can get in a store is level 60. Despite the fact the highest level is 200. Now sometimes you can get what you want from fm stores of traders theres a probelm how ever. 1 they might not have what we want! At a store its all there you dont need to hunt the fm. We men we would of thought lefree have higher level equips like 60+.
If stores had equips for all levels, there would be no limit to how many there are in circulation, therefore destroying the economy by pouring infinite equips into it. Take Deadly Fins for example. People find them all the time from monsters, but what keeps them from being common as low-level equips is that there is not an NPC people can just go to to buy them.
As well as the fact people frequently blow them up with dark scrolls. If you really do not want to go through the FM, and have some NX cash, buy your equips off the MTS. You can probably buy your entire level 70 set, excluding fancy equips like attack WGsfor a total of under 1K NX.
